BIR 800/450
The BIR 800/450 has the same 450 KeV output as the BIR 600/450 but has a larger platform to rotate objects. It is designed for high-energy applications such as aluminum and magnesium casting flaw detection and first article inspection. The machine’s tool-grade mechanics create reliable and repeatable large object motion control, which is critical for metrology applications.
It is ideal for porosity detection and quantification as well as wall thickness measurements of both internal and external casting surfaces.
